Refund Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a refund, please get in touch with us at j@jed.llc
 with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval and process your refund back to your original payment method.

 

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
